My European boat and me to the Great Loop ?How?

This is what I want to do; Send (by cargoship) my Classic 34ft Mahogony One off motorboat to USA and do the Great Loop with it.
Budget; no problem.
To have that boat there for say, one year, without getting forced to import it because I will send it back to Europe to restock it on the hard after completing the trip.
And also as a Dutch pass port holder they will send me out of the country after 3 months. What to do with that?

Anybody here that knows how to do this?
