'Must Read' Sailing Books

Going to be traveling around the land of Europe before I embark on my circumvention of the world on a Catamaran. So looking for your advice of must reads pertaining the life on the sea! Life experiances, lessons to learn etc.
Thanks all! Cheers,

There are so many, but let me start with a few.

- Sailing Alone Around the World, Joshua Slocum. The first.

- All the books by Eric and Susan Hiscock.

- Lin and Larry Pardey. The minimalist point of view.

- Steve and Linda Dashew. The high tech point of view.

- Nigel Calder. How it works and how to fix it.

- Books about sinking and survival: Steve Callahan, Dougal Robertson, Maurice Bailey.
The water is always bluer on the other side of the ocean.

In view of your anticipated circumnavigation (good luck by the way) then a must read would be Voyage for Madmen - Peter Nichols (brilliant stuff)
