Just a perfect place to setup housekeeping.

Light keepers Wife: "Don't you think it's about time you went out and cleaned up all that bird poop on the front porch?"

Light keeper: "No."

Light keepers Wife: "Could you go to the store and bring back some milk?"

Light keeper: "Might be late getting back. Maybe I'll get a drink on the way."

Wow.

I think I'll fly in and look at those waves from the rocky shoreline.

Incredible! Leaves little doubt that it is generally not the open sea that destroys a well-found boat, it is the hard stuff around the edges. Can you imagine trying to claw your way off those shores in those conditions?

There are some photographs of what I believe to be the same lighthouse. The photos are in sequence, and awesome. Watching the video makes me wonder what reading on the Richter scale the structure feels........AWESOME & THANKS

I was just trying to imagine what it would be like to be inside one of those lighthouses. The noise and the shaking must be amazing.

Are you refering to the Jean Guichard photos? I love the one where the guy is standing just outside the door as the wave envelops the lighthouse.

Great video Eric!

OMG!!! Awesome pictures. Positive proof that it is in my best interest to stay between 15* north to 15* south.
