I think one of the guys is married and thirtysomething. That is troublesome for me. Death is a real possibility here.

When working at the Coconut Grove Sailing Club way back in the 70s, a lone canoer stopped overnight. Someone put him up. He had paddled from afar, like Brazil
or somewhere. He had camped out mostly but doncha know he must have had some serious hardships. And good stories.
We all know it's not about the size of the dog in the fight ....
I may see a couple of these guys next Tues (cheap night) at the Backstreet Pub; maybe get an update and relay the several thoughts on course.
