Italian holidays
This is a bit off topic BUT I have been trying to reach a machinery business in Milano, Italy. I communicated with them by email and phone just before Xmas but haven't been able to reach them since. All I get by phone is a recording and no reply by email.

Does anyone know if Italian businesses have extended holidays there?
