My daddy said learn a new word every day and you will know a lot of words. They tell me refineries buy oil from all over depending who is selling a few pennies less a barrel, and then mix it all up. I don't think that is right. I don't want to buy my fuel from any of those socialistic countries in the North Sea, or Canada where some people just won't speak English, or from that nasty fat man in South America that doesn't like us. And, Lord, don't get me started on those other people. I want to buy my oil from Texas. In Texas they play real football, ride horses, and like us. Why can't those big oil companies do like Walmart. At Walmart they put little labels on every item telling you where it comes from and I read it. Why I figure out for all the money I spent on fuel oil last year, the good state of Texas could have incarcerated a criminal for 3 moths and 14 days, or paid 63% of what it costs to capture, convict, and deport one of those illegal aliens taking good work away from our own domestics, or maybe pay for 5 3/8 inches of that fence. I think we should be buying our oil from Texas. Did I say that already? Anyway, as they are saying in towns and villages across America, Feliz Navidad, mofo, and love and kisses to yo mamma.

Of course it's not fungible. Everyone knows the dinosaurs that roamed Alberta were far superior to those roaming Texas (4 downs to go 10 yards ... how lazy is that? real football players only need three ... and what's with the shape of the ball down there? the canadian ball is such a graceful shape!) and therefore produce a crude that is as sweet as the grass that grows by the river and whose golden hue rivals an Alberta sunset. Why the bull produced by a single Alberta politician has the potential to offer vast reserves of crude to future generations and they have heads so hard they can substitute for diamond drill bits.

Texas oil indeed!

Texas Oil?

Ya' all come up here to Oilberta.

Facts:

We have more oil then Texas... in fact, more then the Saudi's. We don't support them der terrorists, an we is a lot closer then da Middle East.

Oh, we also have bigger ranches, more cattle, and our gurls are waaaay prettier.

Personally,I don't care whur my oil comes from. I love Alberta and Texas and Messican food suits me just fine. Aarabian hoss flesh can't be beat. I plan on usin' all the oil I want. I'm gonna consume as much food, water and air as I need to and my gran' chirun jus' gonna have to deal with it.

Let me see if I have got this right, someone from a colony which owes about 200 years of taxes to Her Majesty is now being picky and doesn't want to buy the finest North Sea oil. Okay no problem, but at the rate you guys are burning it the question is were are you going to buy oil from in the future?

So will you learn to speak French, Russian or Arabic
