Re: Happy Mardi Gras...

Happy Mardi Gras to you too Captain. I am at work in St. Landry Parish watching icicles form on my car . Drove in from Lafayette this morning and saw lots of my fellow cajuns that drove off the road along I-49. We are not too used to driving on ice here in the deep south.
I guess the boobs are going to be covered on Bourbon Street today.

I'm always happy when Mardi Gras comes around, but happier when it's done.

Ahhhh.... Walkin' St Charles in between Zulu and Rex? Slip into Igor's for a quick one if you're fast.

Little different than drunk on horseback in Iota :-)

Wed Morn.... time to repent.

Re: Happy Mardi Gras...

Our King Cake dessert last night to go with the GUMBO!

Slightly bastardized with Stevia and sugar free puddin'... BUT... the requisite liqueur came shining through... All in all... pretty dang good!
