Favor in Annapolis ?!!?!?!

looking for someone in Annapolis to do me a favor...
i am getting a kerosene tank from bacon sails but they are hesitant to ship it because of the kero residue and they are not a haz mat shipper... they are cleaning and drying the tank out for me...

*what i would like is someone (trustworthy) in Annapolis that i can send money for the tank and shipping and some for your trouble, and you will go to bacon sails, purchase the tank, and ship it down to me...* if anyone in annapolis is having a boring winter and wants to help me out, contact me...

Definitely not having a boring winter. I will stop by the local UPS store today and see if they can pack and ship. If so, I'm happy to be the middle man for you. How big is the tank?

My thought is that you call Bacon's and pay by credit card, call UPS Store and pay there, no need for anything extra here, but you watch for the opportunity to pay it forward.
