the ability to anticipate possible outcomes whilst at sea is the mark of a good skipper.......these guys should have never left the marina......in fact had they remained on the dock they probably would have all had a "happy ending"

One was hurt badly
One slightly injured
One made it out unscathed

That should tell you something about the "arrangement"

One of he pictures shows Gallo, the boat owner, leaving Central booking with his "girlfriend apparently not the same woman who was on the boat with the guys. So Gallo might be more severely injured by the time the GF gets done with him!

What did the drunken captain expose that was both "stunning" and a security weakness?

No, wait. I don't think I want to know.

Didn't the Concordia go down in almost similar circumstances? Why is it these days the captain and crew are always the first off the sinking ship. I remember the captain of the Titanic went down with his ship. Maybe he already liked cold baths.

"Gallo and his loyal girlfriend Carole Carrubba, who was in court for the arraignment, declined to comment."

I bet she commented plenty when they go home.

.The landing lights for that runway extend quite a ways out from the airport, there are simple
Not Landing Lights: ALS= Approach Light System...Helps to find the AirPort and runway in low visibility conditions from a fem miles out and a few thousand feet up.
Landing Lights on the other hand, are hard-mounted on the aeroplane, like headlights on a car.

As for a drunken three-some on a moving boat at night next to an airport with lights and obstructions in the water? Stupidity is ok unless ya f... Up.
Don't f... Up. (
