Dog Steers Boat to Shore . . . ?

hmmm... The guy was thrown from the boat and the dog 'steered' the boat to shore? Whaddya think?

Yeah right, the boat was always going end ashore sometime but then again, I was just watching some sheep dog trials today and they (the dogs) could have made a sheep drive the boat anywhere.
Maybe DOJ's goat has now got some competition.

dog steers boat

So what's the big deal? Our dog is so smart she docks under sail, secures a spring line, then lines bow and stern, flemishes the leftover line in a lovely coil, and pees on it. We're trying to train her to hook up the water connection but, even with quick-disconnect fittings she hasn't mastered it. We don't expect her to plug in the electric cord, though, for fear she might accidentally bite through to bare wire.

Vinny's a pretty bird...chirp!

Well, sure, your dogs are smart. But, can they talk on the Sat phone? Maybe Vinny (see avatar at left) can be hired out to talk for them?
