Re: Deflate Gate - Belichick, Brady Innocent!

We in New England have known this all along. Pats rule!

I was laughing when I found out that those balls are first inflated indoors than are brought outside for the duration of the game. Of course they'll deflate. Duhhh!

My first used inflatable has taught me that. My first ownership season I got in late September, when the temps are fluctuating day by day. I bought inflated in the middle of the warm day but had to leave it outside overnight. That night it got significantly colder, going down from say high 70s to low 50s. Next morning the dinghy was significantly deflated and was barely standing up on its side, wanting to rollover. I freaked out thinking I purchased a leaky dink. So I called my marine pro buddy to ask hi sadvice re: patching it, etc. His first question was when did I leave it oustide and what was the temperature. Told me to bring it in inside and let it sit in a warm house for a while. Few days later it was back to its good inflated self. These days I should be calling that dinghy "Belichik dink".

They're already getting corporate interest in sponsorship over this.

Re: Deflate Gate - Belichick, Brady Innocent!

we are sitting here i tunisia laughing about the whole thing. if we were to look at anyone it would be the nfl. they seem to be in total disarray and look to blame someone else for their own short comings.
did not the referees have all the footballs 2 hours before game time? did they check them?

like most americans these days do not take responsibility for your own short comings, point the finger at someone else and blame others.
