I agree the claims regarding Mycotoxins made by the marketer are BS but; I found the benefits of MCT (a purer/more concentrated form of Coconut oil) to be significant
. One cup of coffee ~5AM containing one Tablespoon each of MCT and grass-fed butter provides an energy boost and satiates me until late afternoon. I can't profess to the additional mental clarity or blood lab improvements that many experience (I haven't had blood work done) but the weight loss was easy. This was part of a Keto diet (no sugar and keep Carbs <20.)
It's amazing seeing new research
showing how the FDA recommended low fat diet (typically high in Carbs and sugars) has done little more than create lots of diabetics.
