I agree the claims regarding Mycotoxins made by the marketer are BS but; I found the benefits of MCT (a purer/more concentrated form of Coconut oil) to be significant. One cup of coffee ~5AM containing one Tablespoon each of MCT and grass-fed butter provides an energy boost and satiates me until late afternoon. I can't profess to the additional mental clarity or blood lab improvements that many experience (I haven't had blood work done) but the weight loss was easy. This was part of a Keto diet (no sugar and keep Carbs <20.)

It's amazing seeing new research showing how the FDA recommended low fat diet (typically high in Carbs and sugars) has done little more than create lots of diabetics.

Re: Coconut oil!

The cargo hold is usually no pressurized, so ten hours at 35,000 feet also means ten hours at temperatures well below zero. You can find the formula online for temp drop with altitude.
Sorry, not true. Cargo compartments ARE pressurized and the temp is around 59 degrees F. ...Its how we keep those animals alive.
