Best place to charter a boat in Florida for a few days

My buddy and i are planning to buy a boat down in Florida next fall. We want to come down next week and look at boats and charter one for a day or two but Im not sure where the best place to fly into would be. Want to go for a week. Also maybe someone on this board would like tk make a couple bucks and give us a few lessons. We are planning on coming down next week. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
