I guess sad, natural selection is the reality. At least he did not shoot someone else. Oblivious to firearm safety and treated it as a toy. Paid the price for his complacency.

Reminds me of a guy many years ago in Texas who tried to comit suicide with a shot gun...it was loaded with bird shot...he just blew most of his jaw off, but lived...did the gene pool no good.

If the camera phone is a US company that services the phone, yes. Would they win? Ehh, can't win if you don't sue I suppose Probably be a media trial and settle out of court though
