All the way with LBJ 1964 & diving horses

Amazing pics of what did to horses for our entertainment. Trump pier was apparently the site of mule diving in the 70's ? something to do with GOP??
I suggest 3o of separation from current events.

The only connection to CF is that it happened at the beach and there is a motor boat in the last pic, showing some nutcase decked out with the US flag encouraging a horse to throw itself 40 ft into a bucket (large though it was - still a bucket) of water.
