Has anyone ordered anything from ahoycaptain.com recently? I have $55 in gift certificates but can't seem to get a response via phone or email?? I have a few things I had wanted to order from them since their prices and service are usually very good. Hopefully someone in here knows something.....thanks

I ordered stuff two months ago with no problems. Very good service and help with specific questions I had on an item.

I also ordered in December and spoke to Vince at ahoycaptain and again in February, I haven't been able to get a response since March 16th

Yes we're alive and well (sort of, had email issues)
Your first email was about fenders and I responded. But the generic email account used for customer replies was full and all our responses just sat in the outbox. We only recently became aware of it. Its fixed now but we obviously lost some emails. Not our normal level of service. Very sorry, My Bad.

Glad you guys are ok ....I'm sure we will talk soon....thanks....just to be clear Vince and ahoy captain are awesome and I was inquiring more out of worry that something bad had happened behind their control, not because I was dissatisfied with anything or had any issue. They are a great company!! Thanks
