Teufelberger Acquires New England Ropes
Wels, Austria-based Teufelberger has completed the acquisition of New England Ropes as of July 1, 2007. For the marine business, Teufelberg is mostly known for its brand name FSE Robline.

Berkshire Hathaway Acquires Boat America Corp
Boat America Corporation has been purchased by National Indemnity, a subsidiary of Warren E. Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Corp. Boat America Corporation is the main supplier of towing, insurance and other services to BoatUS. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
