The flotilla was looking for goat cheese and milk for provisions to sail to

Re: A sailing story thread - feel free to add

but then everyone woke up when they realized that the thought train had really wandered off from being a sailing story.
Later it was put down to having eaten too many fish tacos that night before.

A couple of tums was taken and the crew started getting the stowed stowed away in preparaton for a day of sailing.

Preparing for the worst, they put a double reef into the main, and closed all hatches, and got ready for what was going to be a rough ride.

Where are all the women on this thread? Sitting quietly in the back ground rolling their eyes and plotting revenge.

As the storm built ____ plotted her revenge. She had taken all the orders whe was going to take from the pompous, self appointed Captain she had married. While he was below throwing up into a bucket affected by the building seas, she sat in the cockpit, snapped into her harness devising an explanation for his tumble into oblivion. Soon it would be time to make her move.

Gwinneth couldn't decide which anchor to weigh the rat-b@%tard down with because she had been reading a CF thread on anchors, so she decided to think what would the BumFuzzles do? With that the ham radio screamed....
