21st century clipper vs multihull hydrofoil sailboat for freight

Goofing off, I read this:

Sail-Powered Ships Are Making a Comeback | Smart News

And I read about the Americas cup catamarans, jibing and such while up on their foils. It got me to wondering about a freight carrying cat that can fly on hydrofoils. Would this be viable?
