Panama Marinas?

Any one have experience in Panama (the country) with live-aboard marinas? Just looking at cost of living issues--very attractive not to mention the weather. Thanks in advance.

Careening Cay Marina Bocas del Toro, Caribbean, Republic of Panama, Central America

Bocas Yacht Club & Marina

There's the Balboa Yacht Club on the Pacific side of Panama City

On the Atlantic Side there's the Panama Canal Yacht Club and Shelter Bay Marina.

I have no personal knowledge of them but am, myself, lookng for a boat and retiring down there in about a year.
