Love it!! been there done that anchored just off pier in melbourne. they called childern and familys, came out on police boat! tried to tell me kids couldnt live aboard.

If you hardly ever go into the cupboard or drawer for a dish, plate or silverware. You just reach into the dish drainer and pick the one you've used daily for the last 3 months.

or

If you walk 500 yards roundtrip to the marina head each morning.

if when wind starts to blow you are found rowing as fast as you can to make sure the anchor is set in good holding.....
