I suggest to put all CROATIA-related information about this in here.
Similar to post1150589 "Yacht in Transit" - tax free deliveries, FRANCE
I like to suggest that we open ONE THREAD PER COUNTRY (delivery address). With this is easy to find thew information needed in a specific case.

Who can report some details about such deliveries to Croatia? What works well, what is problematic?
