The "junior" cards that are affiliated with special offers, or carry no annual fee, usually DO NOT have these features. The Amex charge card holders usually can use them, but the credit card users are more likely to be "junior" card holders. Amex ain't what they used to be.

Things have changed since I last used the Amex Poste Restante thing obviously. There was a time when you didn't even need a card, just a travellers check!
