Water in Vieques and Culebra

Will be in Vieques & Culebra in early February. Is there anywhere to replenish with fresh water???

We spent a week and a half there a few years ago. Never needed to find water ashore, but I'm told you need to go into Dewey on Culebra and jerry jug it back to the boat. Probably somewhere to find a tap in Esperanza or Isabel Segunda, too. There are no marinas or fuel docks.
