UK to Greece: road transport of parts and possessions to boat

Hi, Anyone planning a road trip from UK to Greece? Any one know of a reliable man and a van making this trip soon? I have 10/12 boxes of personal possessions about 200kgs I need to get to,ideally, the yacht in Southern Peloponese but could arrange to pick up in Patras or Igoumenitsa or Levrion or Lefkas. All ideas welcome, open to suggestion on sharing cost of a van or sharing your costs if you are driving out. Could offer some Greek islands cruising if that was of interest to the weary driver. Need items to arrive some time between 4 -11 June. Thanks.

... 200kg each ;-)? How much volume is it? Can you put the boxes on one or two wooden palettes? What would be the size?

Shipping with 'commercial' road truck is not too expensive ...

Regards,

Carsten

Today, unless you have a personal friend known to you it's tricky carrying some bodies else's possessions for fear of drug or other contraband smuggling

Best contact a commercial road haulage company

I've used an internet service called Shiply to move stuff for me including a boat.
You tell them what you want moves and to where and various carriers will quote you a price.
I don't see why they wouldn't take a load to Greece if the money was right.
