Toxic waters

My wife and I liveaboard and wanted to install a saltwater foot pump for the galley but after walking many beaches in the Puget Sound we see signs stating toxic areas, wash hands etc.

Is there a google map or an app that shows the toxic areas so we don't pump saltwater in to our water maker or do laundry with this toxic stuff. Perhaps it's not the water just the rocks and soil under the water? Any ideas? I am pretty toxic myself but a map showing this might be helpful.
