The Pumpkin and the Scarecrow

Just a random thought here -
The Admiral made a comment last night as we drifted off to sleep, "We're going to look like most of the Cruisers we see in pictures, a skinny almost gaunt Skipper and a plump wife. You need to put on more weight."

I then started thinking about it and yeah, she's right. A large majority of the photos we look through of cruising couples that are more our age seem to follow that pattern. A salty, tanned gaunt man next to a not so gaunt female.

I for one prefer a full figured woman that fills your arms.

Healthy and happy, that's what matters. Too thin or too thick is not as good as just right😉.

I'm doing my part to break this stereotype.

But since there is value in the boating world for floating ability, maybe it just means women are better survivors.

She's gonna HAVE to go up the mast, she can't seem to lift me.....and i do most of the cooking.
