Re: Security - What do You Do ?

Is it American Overkill that I have a shiny bronze 44mm Swivel Gun mounted on my yacht? It shoots golf balls about a thousand yards, and I'm not sure just how far that handful of pistol balls flew but I wouldn't want to have been in front of it. :-)

Re: Security - What do You Do ?

I also have a mouse trap that electrocutes the mice. They have to crawl into a small mailbox shaped container to get at the peanut butter at the back. The floor is three metal plates hooked up to capacitors charged by 4 C sized batteries. If/when they step on more than one plate at a time, they complete the circuit and zap themselves to kingdom come. It works for roaches too.

For some reason, this makes me think about the possibility of an "unwelcome" mat.

I hear Somali pirates are keen golfers, so you should provide them with a nice supply.

No dice. I bought it at the hardware store. It just got me thinking.

Too many sand traps for a decent 18 hole course over there. Think I'll stick around where the cannon is a fun party toy rather than a weapon.

At night a pressure mat at the stern gate switches on two red lights in the salon and main cabin. After that they will hear Mr. Mossberg racking a load.

A red light wakes you up when sleeping? Nice one.

A light coming on suddenly would wake me. Nice silent alarm.

If that fails then I guess he be meeting Davey Jones.
