Especially interest; all asset liabilities. 10% is ballpark. Maybe some would feel more comfortable with a range of saying 8-12%?

I don't consider depreciation as a maintenance cost of a pleasure item. An expensive boat takes significant maintenance cost for it to maintain its value, excluding depreciation. For many higher end boats there is little depreciation, as the cost of a new replacement has gone up faster than inflation.

As another aspiring cruiser, just wanted to say thanks for the numbers!
Very helpful when trying to build hypothetical budgets based on a hypothetical boat in hypothetical condition leaving from a hypothetical port...
