Logic.com has a fairly useable motherboard matrix, but I suggest that you put your requirements together and just call them for a recommendation.

I've been reading up on liquid bath computers and I
think you could put a pico-itx board in an oil-filled finned container with outside connectors, and have a totally marinized PC with lots of power or very low draw that would run forever. For $300.
All the other peripherals could plug and play. Rot-trash-replace with spares.
