. I know what that sounds like and this ain't it. When I tell you it's loud, I mean loud. Sometimes like a hammer blow to the deck, sometimes like a ripping sound as though the fiberglass
is getting torn )louder than ripping denim for sure). It often sounds like maybe a lifeline was left loose and the breeze is beating it on the deck.
Googling around, there are a lot of Fountaine Pajot
owners talking about this. Apparently some kind of design flaw with the rigging
and what we hear is the flex of the hull/deck from bouncing in the waves and rigging
I'm telling you, it's a real problem.
