Looks like a documented vessel, although I can't quite make out the name. In which case, the vessel documentation database can be searched on the web. Find the vessel name & they'll tell you what it is, for sure.

Yes. Can't read the stern, not a US vessel? See if there's something similar for whatever the vessel's flag is.

I read Virgin Vagabond. It is out of Tortola

yup its called Virgin Vagabond out of Tortola BVI but, does anyone know what make of boat it is, its for sale and i'm trying to find some more info
