Pets in the Bahamas

Any one have info on clearing in the Bahamas with cats on board. We plan on clearing in at west end and heading to the Abacos.

The animal must be accompanied by a valid certificate which substantiates that it has been vaccinated against rabies within not less than one (1) month and not more than ten (10) months prior to importation. At the Bahamas website, it says you must present the pet within 48 hours of arrival. But that is not the case. Simply show the certificate when clearing in. Chuck
