Kotor is one of my most favorite places in the world...never sailed into there but lived nearby for a few years and spent many months swimming and camping all that bay (google it for gods sake ) Amazing old town, like Venice without the canals, excellent bus service around the whole bay for 1 euro a ride, everything open in the winter, probably the most protected bay in the whole Med... If there is a good place for your boat anywhere in the bay I'd jump on it.

I would agree with one of you other posts. Marina Frapa is a good bet. I have been there 5 years now (not overwintering), but there are one or two lived in boats. They will have space.
It is not cheap but a good team. Supermarket close by.
But it does get cold. Snowed this year and went down to -3C

Hello, if going to croatia you should definetly sail to Obonjan island. It beautifull and boats are nice.
