One Step Closer!!

Woo hoo! The house is sold!!

Refit this fall and then .... ?? More lose ends to tie up of course, but this was the big item.

We'll actually be spending part of the year in SD, cruising the winters to start off with. I say that with full knowledge that life & God laugh at plans....
