She is currently named Shenangins Too but is on the hard getting a new paint job and some wood work
We want to choose a new and unique name with meaning to us and are looking for input......
Any ideas?

Tori and Joe
Clara and Ducky (the parrots)
Miranda (the naked cat)
Nalla (leopard gecko)
Shenanigans Too....seeking new name

Didn't mean to sound flip in the post before.

You might want to list some of the things you are interested in.

LMAO too funny....
Joe and I also have a 68 Dodge charger done as The General Lee, he currently builds boats for Everglades and is also armed security and I am a Veterinary Technician and Dog Trainer. We are kinda looking for a name that reflects our new start in a new life together and shedding our old lives. We both have been through alot of change in the past few years and this has always been my dream

Re: Need a new name!

I was always told do not change the name that was given to her. But every other person that I know has changed the name of their boat.

Well this is something very personal. I'd say... have couple of drinks sit back, reflect on the past and what you value and you will think of the best name that you will never regret.

A symbolic drowning of the boat is probably out of the question too.

Re: Need a new name!

Renaming is no big deal, as long as its done correctly. We used Renaming Your Boat - BoatSafe.com to rename ours, it was fun and have had no serious bad luck since renaming. We have friends who just removed their old name and renamed with no ceremony and were hit by lightning a few weeks later. At the least, its a fun read...

Sounds like with that lot on board, there'll be plenty of Shenanigans going on... Keep the name!

I love language and playing with words, but I've also found that a fun name today feels tiresome a year from now. So just be a bit careful with it.
Also, many 'too clever to be smart' names adorn the high octane low IQ community's boats and you may not want to end up in the same classification.

I saw a boat called 'Third Day' ... creation week land and sea were separated, the start of sailing opportunity I guess.
You've got a problem following that idea though... birds on day 5, and beasts on day 6
