Monthly/yearly maintenance Costs of Living Aboard A Boat

I have looked at many a thread regarding monthly/yearly maintenance costs of living aboard a sailboat. Unfortunately, most threads contain rambling responses with very little content, and a lot of back and forth regarding non-related subjects. I am considering purchasing a 40 foot Bristol, and would like to know more about the costs of maintaining a boat of such size. But please do not respond if you cannot give specific examples of the costs associated with maintenance of your boat: monthly, and not expected costs. Please exclude: marina slip fees and food costs. If you wish to add purchase price/monthly payments feel free to do so. I suspect that most people who liveaboard or sail for that matter have detailed records of how much their sailboat costs them per month/year.
Thank you for your time. Once again just the facts regarding the costs of your sailboat. Opinions are nice but unfortunately abound in many of the threads, while hardly addressing the initial question of the thread.
