specifically I have numerous family
members who will use the boat
and want somewhere that we can get fairly easy access to as we/they travel in from out of florida
, but still have a fairly reasonable rate for a slip.

I'm currently on a mooring, too many pirates out there! as we will at times leave her unattended.
I would be open to slips further north if they cost significantly less.
