My marina's rules are on the back of their contracts. They also post them on the bulletin board. Private and or municipal marinas set their own rules.

Some of their " rules" will include and point to the rules of the EPA, the DEP etc. with regards controlling hazardous substances. Things like sanding and painting.

I am afraid you are not going to find what you are looking for. The marinas make the rules and there are no rules governing the marina rules. WG

What you appear to have asked relates to a "set of regulations governing marinas"; not marina rules.
I'll take the question as intended as written and respond by saying this is primarily a state related matter. Some states are far more proscriptive regarding marinas than are others including live-aboard issues. If you provide more specifics, we might be better able to provide responsive info.

As implied, Landlord-Tennant law falls within Provincial jurisdiction, in Canada.

The Ontario Residential Tenancies Act (the RTA) came into effect on January 31, 2007. The RTA sets the rules for most residential rental housing in Ontario.
