Marina Near Lewes Beach, DE ?

Is it me or is there really no place to keep a larger sailboat anywhere near Dover DE? The entire coast looks to be 3 feet deep. The 8 foot draft sailboat I want to buy is not going to fit anywhere around there! Am I going to be stuck with with a 26 ft McGregor?

What aboute Lewes Harbour Marina in Lewes. Lewes Harbour Marina Bait and Tackle - Marine Outfitters, Lewes Delaware

Not sure the depths in the channel as my sounder was broken when I was there but saw some pretty big boats in the canal. With 8' you might have to go in and out on a high tide but not really sure.

It was a really nice area and the friendliest people you could ever meet.
