Hello! New to the community.

I'm seriously considering the liveaboard lifestyle. I just graduated college and it's either now or when I retire in 40 years so why not now? (Not to mention how much I'd save from rent in expensive LA.)

I live in LA now and am not looking to buy (is it true there is most likely a few years waiting list just to get a slip) but I'm looking to RENT one out from a willing owner. Does anyone know where in MDR this is possible? I want to do it fully legally not going behind the dock masters back in any way.

If anyone knows anything about this, any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.
