The tide keeps it from freezing over I talked to them about winter access. Great floating dock system. They do haul out and launch year round. I asked them about a launch in Dec. of 2018. Told me no problem.
It is very nice Marina and beautiful area..

I think it's a bit far too north of us unfortunately.
