Living Aboard In Hawaii?

I've been interested in sailing my whole life and just recently I started looking at purchasing an Albin Vega 27, or a Nor'sea 27. My main issue is finding a marina in Hawaii that is liveaboard friendly, and dog friendly at that. So far nothing...was wondering if you guys had any leads or information on that. Also, is it possible to anchor offshore and just coming in everyday and upping on supplies/the like. any help is appreciated
