Sorry, don't put VOIP in the streaming category although I guess you could think of it that way.

A provider is not normally someone I am talking with using VOIP.
As I mentioned in an earlier post we used Skype all through Europe
, the Caribbean
, and the US with great success using marina WIFI
and others. Marina WIFI quality does vary though.
