The simplicity and over all experience is everything I imagined. If any of you are in the area stop in the restaurant. 40 South Dixie hwy. In Florida you are a fulltime cruiser and not a live aboard. Seems to make a difference with the new laws

That's right. In Florida, you're only a live-aboard if you never move your boat from the dock or its anchorage.

The new ,Oct 2009 , law to do with anchoring and mooring is the definition of a liveaboard.
The law is very specific
