Friday Launch Canceled

Well my launch was supposed to happen on friday at 1:00PM but due to 6-8' waves it was canceled. Today saterday no waves, but there is no lift ins. Hope Monday is nice.



No fun today!!!

About 2-6c. Don't want to go for a swim yet.

Batteries are all topped up engines started first click. Just waiting for a nice morning next week. I might be able to finish sanding, polishing, and waxing the boat. Lots off work could be done before we go in the water.

Down at National YC, I noticed it howled in the 40 knot range most of the morning, and then rapidly died after lunch. The lake was near flat by 1600h. But it was prudent to cancel...big tour boats were being set adrift in the harbour, a nasty business.

Perfect day for lift in. 12 klm of wind. It's a little cold at 2c but it should be 14c. By noon.

Back in the water and all went well. Just need to install a new starboard impeller.
