Eat fish and swim

Ate a lot of fish, but tended to be wary of the bigger ones that weren't pelagic. (large grouper etc) The small Barracuda are very good eating. Large ones said to be ciguatera risk. In the water a few times a week minimum except is dirty anchorages.

Swim every day we go sailing in the dinghy. Fish is either fresh snapper or frozen at the supermarket. Eastern caribbean pretty much fished out near shore.
