Re: Do You Have a Sailing Blog?

Right now, it's a "fitting out" blog, but I have stuff about our delivery crew activities and sailing on our older boat, which I do when I tire of scraping, bolting, painting and cutting on the one in the parking lot...

The World Encompassed

Unless you are into this sort of thing, like most fitting out blogs, it's better than a sleeping pill!

Re: Do You Have a Sailing Blog?

I have a blog, but its not about sailing, its about how I am attempting to raise the money to buy my first boat

Re: Do You Have a Sailing Blog?

I would imagine that endeavour would have its own fans, because it's harder to buy that first boat than to select it or even sail it, in my view.

Of course, then there's the permanent cash flow into the thing, but that's another story and another blog, maybe my own.

Yes I have a blog. See the link in my signature. I also get more traffic from CF than from anywhere else. Such a great forum and such a wonderful group of people here.

Re: Do You Have a Sailing Blog?

Greetings! My name is Erick, In 2009 I purchased a my 1975 Downeaster 38 Windsong. She needed a complete rebuild/restoration, and I am currently in the thick of that process. My blog documents how I came to wanting to do this, how I bought the boat, how I am rebuilding it, and how I plan on cruising it.

Blog link in signature.

I follow most of the blogs listed here, neat to see some of you on the forums.

Re: Do You Have a Sailing Blog?

my blog is more about the day-to-day bits of leaving the rat race and becoming technomadic, working and living on my sailing trimaran without ties to the land. link in my .sig.

Re: Do You Have a Sailing Blog?

Speaking of technomadics, I have a blog for the Nomadness project... a very geeky overlay on a steel Amazon 44. I've just relocated her to La Conner, with a mobile lab parked nearby and a public staging area for the systems.

Blog | Nomadness | Geek expressionism at sea

Cheers!
Steve
