yeah, that's the problem with my Soleus as well. but it makes up for it by being quiet when it runs.

I've never used a dehumidifier on our boat we just keep a couple of fans running and open it up pretty often...and that's at the slip in Puerto Rico. However, we have a small one in our walk in closet in our home in Puerto Rico. I can't remember the brand, but it's a Peltier device with a fan to circulate the air. Got it from these guys: Humidity Control | Dehumidifier - Humidifier - Humidistat & Hygrometer They have good prices but shipping to PR was a pain!!
