Re: Charter in North Carolina

There are only two schools in NC that I'm aware of, one is in Washington, NC and the other outside of Wilmington ( Charter North Carolina - American Sailing Association - North Carolina Charter Companies ). I've not dealt with either so can't give you any feedback on them.

Re: Charter in North Carolina

Contact Captain John or Captain Beth at Norstar Ventures. They are wonderful people and are based out of North Myrtle Beach, which is just over the line going south into South Carolina. Myrtle Beach has lots of attractions for teens and Calabash is nearby for great seafood. Norstar Ventures, LLC Sailing charters, tours and cruises Myrtle Beach, Little River

Re: Charter in North Carolina

There are alot of schools in Oriental NC which is just east of New Bern. Oriental is the sailing capital of NC and has some of the best sailing around. Just look up sailing schools on line and you should have no problem.
